Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate receptionist to join our warm and friendly team.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional skills in guest services and hospitality. This role requires an individual who can manage their time effectively in a busy salon

Responsibilities:

Must be confident in upselling in house services and products

Must have an exceptional telephone mannerism

Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring satisfaction with all services provided.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment areas and equipment.

Assist in promoting services through social media platforms to enhance client engagement and attract new customers.

Deliver exceptional hospitality by creating a friendly and professional environment for guests.

Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with the best possible service.

Experience:

Strong skills in admin and reception and the ability to upsell

Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Experience in guest services and hospitality is preferred.

Familiarity with social media management to promote beauty services is an advantage.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Additional pay:

Commission pay - up to 20% on skincare sales
