<p><b>Job Title - Field Manager</b></p> <p><b>Location – North Yorkshire & South Yorkshire Regions</b></p> <p><b>Based - Regionally Site Based</b></p> <p><b>Competitive Salary & Flexible Benefits</b></p> <p><b>Role Summary </b></p> <p>We are currently recruiting for a Civil & Electrical Field Manager roles who as part of their responsibilities will oversee and engage with day-to-day site operations and provide site support and guidance on all activities for ongoing works. The Field Manager will ensure that all activities on site are undertaken in accordance with statutory requirements and company and client policies and standards across the Northern Powergrid (NPg) network in areas across Yorkshire.</p> <p><b>Some of the key deliverables in this role will include: </b> </p> <ul> <li>Ensure Company Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality policies are followed.</li><li>Ensure all site operations are undertaken safely.</li><li>Ensure all personnel are trained and competent to undertake tasks.</li><li>Recognise best practices and promote innovation ideas.</li><li>Positively promote and demonstrate company values.</li><li>Ensure all records/registers are kept up to date on a daily basis.</li><li>Manage and take ownership of work activities ensuring works are planned and executed.</li><li>Engage positively with the client and all stakeholders to ensure effective communications are achieved at all times.</li><li>Supervise and monitor the overall performance of all site operational teams.</li></ul> <p><b>What we are looking for</b>:</p> <ul> <li>Experience working within the utility industry. </li><li>Previous experience working within NPg is preferential but not essential.</li><li>Electricity network experience</li><li>CDM site management experience</li><li>Excellent organisational & programming skills</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with all stakeholders</li><li>Emergency First Aid</li><li>Full Driving Licence.</li><li>NEBOSH/SMSTS level safety accreditation - Desirable</li><li>NRSWA - Desirable</li><li>DNO Authorisations - Desirable</li></ul> <p><b>Company Benefits:</b></p> <p>We are always evolving our benefits to ensure we are attracting and retaining great people.
