Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and licensed Field Adjuster/Inspector/Estimator for Residential Insurance Claims to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property damage assessment, possess a strong understanding of insurance policies, and be able to conduct on-location inspections. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to build a long-term relationship with a reputable and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough on-location property inspections to assess and document damages to residential properties.
  • Evaluate damage to structures, roofing, siding, interiors, and other components of residential properties.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate property damage estimates using industry-standard software, such as Xactimate or similar.
  • Provide a comprehensive report of findings to internal parties, including detailed notes, photographs, and supporting documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal claims adjusters and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and resolution of claims.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state-specific licensing requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the claims process.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Property Inspection & Documentation:

  • Go to the property to document damages, including taking pictures, measurements, and using Xactimate as necessary.
  • Work with desk adjusters to ensure all required documentation, images, and other materials are captured in accordance with the scope provided by the desk adjuster.
  • Occasionally return to the property after the initial inspection to meet with insurance adjusters for follow-up inspections and to show the damages.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $250.00 per day
