About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced temporary receptionist to provide ad hoc cover for our clients based in London. This role requires a professional, friendly, and proactive individual who can seamlessly manage a variety of front-of-house duties on a flexible basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greeting visitors and clients upon arrival

  • Answering and directing inbound telephone calls efficiently

  • Setting up meeting rooms, ensuring they are prepared and presentable

  • Coordinating catering orders for meetings and events

  • Handling general administrative tasks as needed

  • Performing light housekeeping duties, including clearing and tidying meeting rooms

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a receptionist or in a similar front-of-house role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure

  • Flexible availability for ad hoc assignments
