Misty Daydream is Singapore’s leading celebration and gifting company, specialising in balloons, event décor, and customised gifts. We are known for creating joyful, memorable experiences for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented part-time assistants to join our production team to support balloon preparation and customised gift production.

Key Responsibilities

Balloon Inflation & Decoration

  • Inflate balloons (latex, foil, bubble, helium) with precision and consistency.
  • Apply balloon decals, vinyl, and ribbons according to customer orders.
  • Assist in assembling balloon bouquets, arches, and event décor pieces.
  • Conduct basic quality checks (float time, sizing, sealing).

Customised Gifting Production

  • Support production of customised items (e.g., mugs, tote bags, keychains, foam boards, etc.) using heat press, UV printing, or laser engraving.
  • Handle vinyl cutting, weeding, and transfer application.
  • Assist with packaging, labelling, and preparing orders for dispatch.

General Support

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the production workspace.
  • Ensure stock is used efficiently and update when low materials are noticed.
  • Support the team in ad-hoc event or production tasks as required.

Requirements

  • No prior experience required (training will be provided).
  • Interest in arts, crafts, or creative production is an advantage.
  • Able to work with hands-on tasks and follow SOPs carefully.
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Able to commit to flexible part-time shifts (weekday and/or weekend availability).

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Flexible part-time hours (shifts between 9:00am – 6:00pm).
  • Weekday and weekend slots available.
  • Compensation: [$10–$12/hr depending on experience]

Job Types: Part-time, Student job

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
