This role is key to ensuring that the Quality Assurance Frameworks, in place for each project, are being routinely adhered to. This will provide the assurance that the support provided, and interventions delivered by the operational Teams meets the required standards.</p> <p>Working as the Data and Quality Assurance Operations Co-Ordinator you will provide administrative support and responses when dealing with complaints.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>DUTIES</strong></p> <p>Your duties as a Data and Quality Assurance Operations Co-Ordinator will include:</p> <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li>Maintain the quality trackers – including sending timely reminders and following up when required, to support the timely completion of all quality assurance activities</li> </ul> <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li>Set up and manage the MS Forms – in place to support the completion of the required quality assurance activities</li> </ul> <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li>Support in analysing the data and what’s been captured on the MS Forms – focussing on any themes and areas for further development</li> </ul> <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li>Track and provide timely up-dates on the completion of quality assurance activities</li> </ul> <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li>Support in collating the data for the monthly Spotlights and quarterly Quality Assurance Reports</li> </ul> <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li>Attend the quarterly Quality Improvement Plan meetings – ensure key actions are captured, tracked and completed.
