About You:
  • Greeting clients and answering phones with a positive attitude at all times
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Helping check in and check out clients
  • Triaging well and sick animals
  • Helping take care of customer's needs with medications and diets
  • Processing paperwork
  • Handling financial transactions
  • Discussing billing, appointment reminders and other notifications to patients
