<h2>Job Description</h2><div>Job Description<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p>*$500.00 Hiring bonus after 90 days of employment for new employees</p><p>Recovery Monitoring Solutions is a leading provider of treatment and offender monitoring services, with corporate offices in Dallas, TX.</p>POSITION SUMMARY<p>A Customer Service Representative is responsible for installing and monitoring our offender surveillance, alcohol monitoring technologies and all other electronic monitoring devices for courts, probation & parole departments, treatment providers and other agencies in each of our County Offices.</p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<ol><li>Meet with clients to install, remove or perform maintenance on the electronic monitoring technologies and provide customer service duties to clients and the agencies served.</li><li>Schedules orientation and installation appointments for all new referrals and maintenance appointments.</li><li>Manages daily communication and equipment alerts and maintenance items.</li><li>Maintains cleanliness of inactive equipment.</li><li>Creates individual customer accounts and tracks participant as well as taking payments for services provided.</li><li>Delivers participant completion, non-compliance and payment reports to the appropriate supervising agencies.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ol>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:<ol><li>1 year of proven customer service experience.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite, typing, web browsing, etc.).</li><li>Clean background and able to pass a drug screening</li><li>Bend, stoop, lift objects up to 15lbs, and maintain mobility necessary to perform minimum job functions associated with position.</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if needed to travel to nearby offices.</li></ol>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:<ol><li>Perform data entry</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite.</li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills required.</li><li>Clear criminal background preferred</li></ol><div><div><p></p></div></div><div><p>EEOC DISCLAIMER: </p></div><div><p>Recovery Monitoring Solutions provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
