Join us and be part of a dynamic, growth-driven organization where your contributions help shape the future of the building products industry.<br><br><strong> key Accountabilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Deliver exceptional Customer Service by responding to customer needs thoroughly in a timely manner with accuracy and detail- walk in, phone or through email</li><li>Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge</li><li>Field and resolve customer issues and questions</li><li>Perform inside sales duties as needed while utilizing consultative selling skills</li><li>Establish, develop, and service new customer accounts</li><li>Provide quotes to customers and process customer orders</li><li>Schedule product deliveries, and communicate deliveries to the customer</li><li>Order inventory for replenishment</li><li>Operate in a safe manner and maintain a safe work environment</li><li>Support Supply Center Team in attaining the overall goals and objectives of the business unit</li><li>Accurate order entry</li><li>Follow and execute any additional direction given by Branch Manager that will assist in obtaining overall goals and objectives of the organization</li><li>Other duties as necessary<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Education, Experience & Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Ability to multi-task and make business decisions in a constantly changing, fast paced environment</li><li>Work in a customer facing role</li><li>Composed under pressure, results driven</li><li>Self-Motivated and Enthusiastic with a positive attitude</li><li>Effective Time Management, organized and detailed oriented</li><li>Excellent Communication Skills - Written, oral and listening</li><li>Ability to learn and embrace new technology</li><li>Location specific lifting requirements based on what the supply center required<br><br></li></ul><strong>  Preferred Education, Experience & Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>College degree preferred</li><li>Preferably 2+ years' experience in a retail/wholesale environment with a demonstrated success working with customers</li><li>Microsoft Excel, Office, and Outlook experience</li><li>General knowledge of the building industry preferred but not required<br><br></li></ul><strong>Physical Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Frequent standing, walking, bending, talking, and listening</li><li>Location specific lifting requirements based on what the supply center required<br><br></li></ul><strong>Work Environment<br><br></strong><ul><li>The atmosphere is that of a warehouse environment and office space</li><li>This position will primarily work in a facility where forklifts are present</li><li>Employees must wear Personal Protective Equipment that is issued for the branch location</li><li>Temperature can range from extreme cold to extreme heat</li><li>Frequent use of company communication devices is required such as a computer, cell phone, and printer<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong><ul><li>Employees (and their eligible family members) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.
