Baker
/ Donut Finisher


Join the largest and fastest growing Dunkin' franchisee organization. We are aggressively building a best-in-class restaurant management team and currently seeking exceptional full time/part time Baker or Donut Finisher.

The Baker/Finisher will be responsible for baking and finishing the Company's baked good items, including bagels, croissants, and muffins. The Baker/Finisher will be expected to execute proper pre-bake, baking, and post-bake procedures in a timely fashion to produce consistent, high-quality finished baked products to customers.


The ideal candidate w

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience as a baker/finisher in a bakery environment is preferred, but not mandatory (we'll train!)

Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred

  • Meet safety and sanitation standards

Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations

Works well in a team environment

  • Available to work overnight, usually 6-hour shifts

Shift: Weekdays/Weekends/Holidays and Overnight (9pm - 4am) Job Type: Full-time/ Part-time

Cake Decorator

The cake decorator is a key position. Candidates for this position must also demonstrate manual dexterity and the ability to effectively realize design goals. You must be able to work with customers to design and decorate a variety of cakes for various occasions by preparing icing, ice cream, and other ingredients, and overseeing the overall operation of our cake business.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing online, phone, and in person cake orders

Managing cake and icing inventory Managing cake decorating station to include preparing icing's, stocking decopacs, and

following all sanitation procedures Decorating cakes according to design standards Maintaining a positive, friendly working relationship with guests, team members and leadership Stocking and maintenance of product displays according to quality and merchandising standards . Potential for working in other areas of the restaurant
