POSITION TITLE: Contact Center Agent (Christian Pro-Life Organization)

CLASSIFICATION: Non-exempt

TYPE: Full time – Weekdays + 1 Saturday per month - Onsite Plano, TX

REPORTS TO: H4H Contact Center Manager


SUMMARY:
The Contact Center receives and responds to phone calls, chats & web communication with clients seeking pregnancy services. The ultimate goal is to provide assistance with program resources, schedule sonograms and offer counseling services. We service pregnancy resource centers throughout the country and we are the primary contact for our Women’s Care Clinics. Contact Center Agents help women who are facing an unplanned pregnancy to receive all of the testing and information they need to make an informed LIFE decision about their pregnancy.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Answer inbound calls/chats
  • Utilize the CRM database (Salesforce)
  • Listen attentively
  • Set appointments
  • Attend to appointment reschedules and reminders

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Sales experience preferred
  • Background in counseling, pro-life, crisis center helpful
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish speaking)
