Positioned at the crossroads of luxury, wellbeing, and high-end hospitality, the brand is accelerating in prestigious markets, with UK B2C opening imminently to support awareness and trial.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced freelance
Commercial Agent
to lead the brand's UK B2B build-out in
luxury hotels, premium hospitality venues, high-end fitness clubs, and private members' circles
, with a primary focus on London. You will open doors, run multi-touch enterprise sales cycles, and convert trials into paid, scalable partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Development:
    Shape and execute the UK go-to-market, prioritising London and top-tier accounts; map multi-site opportunities.
  • Pipeline & Acquisition:
    Prospect actively, leverage your network, and secure first meetings; manage 3–7 step cycles from discovery to close.
  • Trials to Revenue:
    Structure and run pilots/trials; craft proposals; negotiate and land paid agreements (including multi-site roll-outs).
  • Partnership Growth:
    Nurture senior relationships in hospitality/wellness; drive adoption, reorders, and expansion.
  • Operations Enablement:
    Set clear expectations on shipping, lead times, DDP, and service levels; remove friction for buyers.
  • Brand Representation:
    Act as a credible ambassador at meetings and industry events; champion the
    Made-in-France
    narrative.
  • Market Feedback:
    Relay insights (e.g., on-pack clarity, range needs) to continuously improve conversion and retention.

Candidate Profile

  • Background:
    Proven new-business track record selling into
    luxury hotels/hospitality
    and/or
    premium fitness/wellness
    .
  • Network:
    Established relationships with decision-makers across London's premium venues; able to open multi-site chains.
  • Commercial Drive:
    Hunter mindset, disciplined pipeline management, strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ways of Working:
    Self-starter, comfortable as an independent agent; reliable reporting/forecasting cadence.
  • Languages:
    Fluent English;
  • Right to Work:
    Legally self-employed in the UK.

Compensation & Terms

  • Monthly base fee
    up to £8,000 (negotiable depending on profile and experience)
  • Commission:
    ~10% on sales (to start)

    A part-time model may be considered for agents already carrying a non-competing brand; however, the preference is for a
    practically dedicated
    agent for the UK launch phase.
