Medacy is looking to recruit clinical pharmacists to support practices whilst working from home. The work needs to be delivered during clinic hours, i.e. 8 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday. This is a permanent opportunity, and we are not looking to engage on a locum basis. We have opportunities in SystmOne and Emis practices. The role will involve playing a full and active role as part of the practice's multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate for the role will have: Independent Prescriber Status Completed the Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway (PCPEP) Previous GP Practice experience At least three years of post-graduate experience Excellent Clinical knowledge The commitment to continue learning and developing. The confidence to work as part of a busy GP practice The ability to adapt to convey information to patients and fellow healthcare professionals. The minimum requirement is 15 hours per week.
