Gap Personnel who are operating as an employment business are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for Clinical Admin for a medical company based in Liverpool L3 area.

This is a permanent position.

 

Purpose of the job:

The purpose of the position is to provide administrative support to the clinical team at Bullen Healthcare. To ensure the effective management of the administration processes associated with the clinical activity and preparation.

 

Working Hours:

·         Monday to Friday

·         Flexible

·         40 hours per week (plus 1 hour unpaid lunch)

·         8 am – 5 pm or 9 am – 6 pm

 

Salary:

·         £25,397 per annum

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Operational Support

             Manage Nurse diaries to ensure clinics are covered

             Ensure Nurses are prepared for clinic

             Ensure referral logs are kept up to date

             Facilitate AUR (Appliance Use Review) process in line with English Community Pharmacy

 

Contractual Framework.

             Ensure patient records are shared with key stakeholders within SLA

             Incoming faxes are checked for referrals

             Data entry as required – prescription redemption

             Meet individual daily targets as set by the business

             Flexible to change in order to meet business needs

             Work within regulatory and Data Protection requirements

             Additional duties may be assigned or existing duties may alter

 

Establish and maintain communication

             Communicate with people in a clear, appropriate manner overcoming barriers to understanding. This includes:

o             Provide and receive routine information in a tactful and/or assertive manner.

o             Check information received and confirm accuracy.

o             Communicate information only to those people who have a right and need to know it, conforming to company policies.

 

Service Quality and Governance

             Strive to ensure the clinics in the group have a reputation as a ‘Centre of Excellence for patient care.

             Ensure all CQC and national Minimum Standard policies and procedures are followed. This would include all record keeping documentation.
