MORNINGS ONLY

MONDAY TO FRIDAY,

Due to our phenomenal success in the Cafe, we require a couple of chefs, for the breakfast and lunch service

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen and food production
- Plan and develop menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and customer preferences
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets presentation standards
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a culinary role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
