As the new Chef de Partie, you will work 36 hours a week in our Brasserie.

About the role…

As a Chef de Partie, you will be helping prepare food for our customers and make their eating experience with us a memorable 5* experience. You will:

  • Work alongside our great Head Chef and Sous Chef preparing great food for our customers
  • Know everything about your recipes to make them look amazing
  • Make sure everything is squeaky clean in your area by maintaining a high standard of hygiene, health and safety
  • Be super-efficient and make sure your mise en place is ready at the right time to make sure you have a great service and our customers get great food quickly
  • Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
  • Flexibility is a must; hospitality service can’t wait during weekends and evenings!
