These agents will work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services. The Call Center Agents may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response. If you are willing to answer calls from customers and resolve their queries, this job could be suitable for you.Overview Office Location: 235 N. McPherson Church Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28303 Training Schedule: Thursday - Monday, 12:00pm - 9:00pm (Tuesday & Wednesday are off-days) Pay rate (applicable after successful training completion): $13.25/hour as long as you complete your 40-hour weekly production schedule. (If you are unable to complete 40 hours' schedule, you will still get paid at $12.25/hour) We always offer 40-hour work schedules!Responsibilities Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services. Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued. Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
