We need full-time Marketing Reps who are hungry, competitive, and ready to bring energy every single day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Outbound calls = your battlefield
  • Setting appointments = your wins
  • Every dial, every call, every “yes” gets you closer to a FAT paycheck

This is NOT a job for people who like to coast. This is for grinders who love the thrill of winning and hate losing more than anything.

How You Get Paid (Commission-Heavy):

  • $.17 per call (up to your first 3,614 calls) after that commission only.
  • $150 commission for every appointment that SHOWS UP
  • Weekly paychecks
  • Saturday Spiffs = extra weekend bonus money

The more you hustle, the more you stack. Period.

Schedule & Commitment:

  • Full-time, in-office only
  • Multiple shifts (day, evening, Saturdays)
  • Attendance = Non-negotiable. If you’re not here, you’re not paid.
