Essential Duties include:
  • Deliver exceptional service through phone, chat, video, and co-browsing, assisting members with account inquiries, transactions, and digital banking support
  • Guide and educate members on self-service tools and digital platforms to enhance their online experience
  • Identify member needs and recommend tailored financial solutions, including loans, deposit products, and credit cards
  • Cross-sell products aligned with member goals and organizational priorities
  • Ensure accurate, compliant processing of all transactions and requests (e.g. BSA, OFAC, CIP)
  • Stay informed on industry trends and contribute to innovation in service delivery
  • Actively engage in virtual team initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
  • Uphold compliance with all regulatory standards while promoting our core values: excellence, fun, respect, and unity
Required skills:
  • Proficiency in PC skills and Microsoft office applications, digital communication tools, including chat, video, and screen-sharing technologies is essential.
  • The ability to navigate between multiple applications simultaneously in a fast-paced virtual environment
  • Maintain strong productivity, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards in a metrics-driven digital service environment
Education and Experience:
  • At least one year experience in customer service or sales in a call center environment required; experience in financial services is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalency required.
