FULL-TIME, PART-TIME NIGHT AND WEEKEND ON SITE CALL CENTER

Our seamless technology solution helps our customers and carriers to find loads, request a delivery, track orders, and access documents with our sophisticated online systems and mobile app.

What you’ll be doing…

As a Call Center Representative, you will be working individually and with trucking companies providing support to our operation teams, track shipments, provide customer updates, and resolve issues as needed.

Be a part of the RMX team! We are looking for someone with strong organizational and time management skills, basic computer knowledge, and excellent interpersonal communication skills, able to converse comfortably over the phone.
