Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business operations and strategy.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key performance metrics.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to help optimize business processes and outcomes.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through regular audits and validation.
  • Create predictive models and perform statistical analyses to forecast performance and trends.
  • Support decision-making by providing clear recommendations backed by data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data systems, reporting processes, and overall business intelligence.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one data analysis tool (Excel, Python, R, SAS, or similar).
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and spot trends.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to "role with the punches". We are a growing company, and growing pains are inevitable. Being able to work in that environment is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on experience)
