Bartender - The Lark<br><br>The Lark Bar is a neighborhood bar with regulars, local sports, and a fine selection of spirits. Our customers are generally people stopping in after work and those visiting from nearby hotels. If you are a character and want to be part of a small and close-knit team, a role at The Lark Bar may be for you. We are looking for persons to join our team as a Bartender. Most shifts will be between 3 pm and 3 am.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Prep, setup, and prepare the bar for daily service</li><li>Prioritize guest orders and strive to deliver drinks promptly and efficiently</li><li>Take and return a variety of payment types with accuracy</li><li>Assist in cleaning and sanitizing, as necessary</li><li>Keep work relationships professional and courteous</li><li>Demonstrate attention to detail<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a busy hotel, restaurant, or nightclub</li><li>Knowledge of various drink-building techniques and styles</li><li>Demonstrate an ability to maintain strong coworker relationships</li><li>Flexible evening availability</li><li>Able to take direction and follow through on all reasonable requests from managers</li><li>Able to stand 8-10 hours<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong><ul><li>Hourly rate SF minimum + tips</li><li>Company-sponsored medical/dental/vision benefits are offered to all qualifying employees</li><li>Matching 401(k) is offered to qualifying employees<br><br></li></ul>Future Bars Group is an at-will, equal opportunity employer.
