pstrongESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:/strong/p ol liMaintains a clean and safe work environment. Performs duties in compliance with safety procedures and health standards. /li liRegular and reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position. Employees are expected to be punctual and consistently present during their scheduled work hours to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the business./li liWears and maintains all uniforms properly, including gaming license. /li liSells and makes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks to guests in a respectful and efficient manner./li liProvides quality customer service by answering questions to encourage guests to purchase bar services./li liActs to consistently maintain a properly stocked, clean, and well-organized bar at all times. Ensures that all liquor controls are closely monitored and tightly maintained./li liMonitors cash flow and complies with money handling procedures as directed to prevent loss and theft. Maintains the integrity of all cash and comp transactions./li liMonitors guests for intoxication. If applicable, discontinues alcohol sales and informs security and immediate supervisor/casino manager.
