Bartender – Bella Vista Restaurant (Corte Bella Country Club)
Location: Sun City West, AZ

Bella Vista is an exciting new restaurant nestled in the Corte Bella Country Club community. We’re searching for talented, experienced Bartenders who are passionate about hospitality, skilled in mixology, and eager to contribute to an upscale casual dining experience.

Position Summary:
As a Bartender at Bella Vista, you’ll be a key part of our service team, crafting high-quality beverages while creating a welcoming and engaging experience for our guests. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service in a beautifully designed bar and dining space.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on guest preferences and drink recipes
  • Engage with guests by taking drink and food orders, offering suggestions, and creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar throughout each shift
  • Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and open tabs
  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations and standards
  • Assist with bar setup and breakdown before and after service
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant or banquet/bar setting preferred
  • Solid understanding of spirits, wines, beers, classic cocktails, and garnishes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset
  • Comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficient in basic math for handling tabs, tips, and cash transactions
  • Knowledge of Arizona alcohol service laws and food safety procedures
