Bartender- The Happy Camper Clubhouse (Deming, NM)

Job Type: Part Time/ Full-Time

Location: Deming NM

Compensation: Based on experience + tips

Job Description:

The Happy Camper Clubhouse is looking for an outgoing, reliable, and team-oriented bartender with a passion for Craft beer, Craft spirits, great food, and top-notch hospitality. We're a fast-paced, community driven bar known for our high quality drinks and seriously delicious food- and we want you to be part of the experience.

What You'll Do:

Serve beer, wine , craft cocktails, and specialty drinks with speed and accuracy.

Recommend and pair drinks with our standout food menu

Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment

Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked

Collaborate with other staff- Teamwork is a must

Follow all local alcohol service laws and safety protocols

Educate guests on our rotating craft beer and liquor selections

Assist with bar events, tastings, and special promotions

What we're looking for:

Previous bar-tending experience preferred

Knowledge of craft beer and artisan spirits (or willingness to learn)

Positive attitude and strong communication skills

able to handle high-volume service with grace

Dependable, honest, and ready to contribute to a tight-knit team

Must be 21 or older

NM alcohol server permit (or able to obtain before start date)
