The Consumer Products & Experiences FP&A team is looking for an Associate to support the International Netflix Consumer Products team and the Roald Dahl Story Company (RDSC), a division of Netflix Global Consumer Products. We’re looking for someone who can help grow and innovate the merchandising, publishing, and growing live theatre businesses. This role will be an integrated partner that will be responsible for financial planning and providing strategic insights for the International Netflix Consumer Products team and the Roald Dahl Story Company (RDSC). In this role, you will need to be a self-starter and analytical thought partner with an eye for detail. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, embrace ambiguity and change. The position is based in London and will report to Manager, Consumer Products & Experiences FP&A (based in Los Angeles). RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Owning and supporting near-term and long-term P&L forecasts Supporting the company's balance sheet & free cash flow forecast Conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis Managing headcount planning and people cost budgets Developing and iterating on financial KPIs, metrics, and dashboards Developing insightful presentations that summarize this data and facilitate decision-making for leadership Performing financial scenario analysis to support strategic decision making Driving automation efforts for dynamic financial planning tools QUALIFICATIONS 4+ years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis Prior experience in financial planning & analysis in the entertainment industry, management consulting, investment banking, or Big 4 accounting is preferred. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of superior financial and strategic analysis and developing/delivering recommendations based on this analysis. Superior proficiency with Excel & complex financial modeling Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and collaborate across teams Demonstrated cross-cultural understanding and intelligence Proactive self-starter who can work independently with a high level of autonomy Sound working knowledge of the related accounting guidance preferred Bachelor's degree with emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature, preferably Business, Economics, or Mathematics Experience in consumer products, publishing, retail, e-commerce, live theatre, experiences, and direct to consumer strategy is a plus Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
