The Area Lead (East) is responsible for supporting multiple retail Store Leaders across North America in guiding operations and performance. Through authentic connection, you will be the one to provide strategic direction, support building brand awareness and drive business growth and profitability in alignment with On's mission to ignite the human spirit through movement. Through your strong inspirational leadership and guidance of Store Leaders, you foster a high-performance culture and promote employee engagement while developing a strong pipeline of talent to fuel our growth.

Your story

  • 5+ years experience in a similar leadership role, with at least 2 year experience in multi-retail store management
  • You have experience managing the regional budget, forecasting revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
Travel Requirement: This position requires approximately 30% of travel time across the East Territory. The ability to travel independently and on a regular basis is essential.
