The Warehouse Associate will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth flow of our inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations, helping to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for our customers as well as assisting the production manager as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory items including garments, fabric, trims and supplies.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
  • Sort and prepare garments to be sent out for garment dye.
  • Help pull fabric to be sent to cutting service
  • Assist when needed on pick up and deliveries.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts.
  • Help maintain fabric and trim inventory
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, including shelving and storage areas.
  • Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management in the garment industry a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience using computer systems to manage data and track inventory.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to drive and have reliable transportation for occasional deliveries or pickups.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or move around for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment, which may involve varying temperatures and noise levels due to machinery and equipment.

Pay: $18.50 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
