As such, there is now a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Amazon PPC specialist to take complete ownership of advertising strategy for a diverse range of physical products across multiple categories.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Campaign Management:

  • Build and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
  • Develop tailored strategies for different product categories across their diverse portfolio
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor targeting

Performance Optimization:

  • Track and improve key metrics including ACoS, TACoS, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Implement structured A/B testing across bidding strategies, ad copy, and targeting
  • Reallocate budgets strategically to maximize ROI on top-performing products across categories

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Produce weekly performance reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize product listings based on ad performance
  • Provide clear ROI insights and growth recommendations to management

Team Leadership:

  • Manage 1 remote team member
  • Develop structured reporting frameworks and processes

Your First 90 Days

The company has a clear roadmap for success:

  1. Complete audit of existing Amazon campaigns across all product lines
  2. Launch segmented campaigns for different product categories
  3. Test and optimize bidding strategies for bestselling products
  4. Establish comprehensive reporting framework
  5. Identify untapped keyword and competitor targeting opportunities

What You'll Need

Essential Experience:

  • 2-5+ years hands-on Amazon PPC campaign management
  • Strong analytical skills with Amazon Advertising Console
  • Proven track record optimizing campaigns for physical products
  • Expertise in keyword research, bid management, and negative keyword strategies

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with physical products campaigns across multiple categories
  • Knowledge of subscription-based upsells
  • Familiarity with both high-demand and specialist product marketing
