Admin Assistant
£35,000 + bonus
Fully remote UK based (optional London office access)

We are partnering with a high growth consumer technology company headquartered in the US, with a rapidly expanding UK presence. The business is building a globally adopted product that is already used by millions of people worldwide and continues to scale at pace.

They are now looking for an organised, proactive Admin Assistant to support their growing UK and international teams. This role would suit a graduate or early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation within a fast moving technology business. The role is fully remote, with the option to work from a London office if you prefer.

What you will be doing

  • Providing day to day administrative support across multiple teams

  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating across time zones

  • Supporting internal processes, documentation and reporting

  • Assisting with onboarding, travel arrangements and general operational tasks

  • Acting as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

What we are looking for

  • Experience in an administrative, coordination or office support role, or a strong graduate profile

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with a range of stakeholders

  • Able to work independently in a remote environment

  • Tech savvy with a genuine interest in consumer technology
