tlc Estate Agents is offering a unique opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to gain hands-on experience in property finance. Working across the Company Accounts, Service Charge Accounts, and Lettings Client Accounts teams, this internship offers exposure to multiple areas of our award-winning agency's financial operations. You will support daily accounting tasks, gain insight into sector-specific financial regulations, and build valuable skills in communication, organisation, and data accuracy.

Key responsibilities 

Company Accounts Support

  • Assist with invoice processing and data entry into Xero.

Service Charge Accounts Support

  • Assist with monthly Client Bank Account reconciliations across the whole portfolio.
  • Assist with invoice processing and data entry into Blockman
  • Assist with Excel spreadsheets data preparation for migration to new software MRI Qube

Lettings Client Accounts Support

  • Assist with quarterly portfolio audits

General Administrative and Finance Duties

  • Data entry, document filing, scanning and organisation of digital financial records..
  • Shadow and support the accounts team in daily workflows and deadlines.

What you'll learn
