We are currently looking for a driven and experienced 3M Web-Flexo Tapes Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive the growth of our Web-Flexo Tapes business. We are looking for someone with a strong technical background and a passion for problem-solving and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth of the Web-Flexo Tapes business within the company's overall goals and objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth in the Web-Flexo Tapes market. Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and marketing, to develop and launch new products. Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including troubleshooting and problem-solving. Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
